The rental agreement will be between JFV Professional Accountants and the new tenant.  One year sublease is proposed, but can be negotiated if you want to extend.

Long office with separate manager space.  Approximately 64 square meters.   (R 8 000 per month) Includes five connected internet points, to share internet access with JFV)  No need to arrange for separate internet.

Five telephone points also already in place, to share switchboard with JFV.  Cost to be shared based on phone calls made.

Shared use of the ground floor toilet facilities, with the staff of JFV Professional Accountants

Should more space be required, there is also an additional office (20 square meters), that can be made available for an additional R 2 500 pm (VAT excluding)

Small board room (12 square meters) is also available, at R 1 500 pm, if exclusive use thereof is required.

Offices can be furnished, for an additional monthly rental amount.  (Send list of furniture required, in order to provide you with a quote)

Undercover parking is available for R 350 pm per bay.  Open parking available at R 200 pm per bay).  Four available of each.
