Requirements: 

• Single or Joint income of at least R 50 000 (Entire Home) / R 18 000 (Single Rooms) or more
• SA ID Document
• Proof of Address
• Proof of Income (3 Months or 6 Months if you are an Overtime or Commission Earner)
• Bank Statement where salary gets deposited in (3 Months or 6 Months if you are an Overtime or Commission Earner)
