If you have vision, building skills and the ability to see beyond what is currently there, this double-storey property in Amanzimtoti could be the project you've been waiting for!

The upper level offers a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin, while the second bathroom offers a bath, toilet and hand basin. The kitchen is fitted with an under-counter oven and hob, with a separate scullery adding extra convenience. A large open-plan lounge and dining area, enhanced by skylights, creates a lovely sense of space and natural light.

The lower level offers a separate 2-bedroom flat with its own bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin. This additional accommodation provides excellent potential for extended family, rental income or dual-living arrangements. The flat does, however, require attention, with the kitchen needing replacement, ceilings needing repairs and damp affecting some of the downstairs walls.

Outside, the property offers a swimming pool and carports, adding further appeal once the necessary restoration work has been completed.

Make no mistake, this property needs work and is definitely a fixer-upper! However, for the right buyer with a vision and the necessary skills, there is an opportunity to breathe new life into this property and restore it to its former glory.

Whether you are a contractor looking for your next renovation project, a handyman wanting to create something special, or an investor looking to unlock its potential, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

See the potential, bring your tools and turn this diamond in the rough into something truly special!
